Aqua Fit is an invigorating water aerobics class designed to provide a full-body workout while enjoying the benefits of water resistance. Our program offers a dynamic exercise routine suitable for all fitness levels, aimed at improving cardiovascular health, strength, and flexibility. Whether you're new to water aerobics or a seasoned veteran, Aqua Fit offers a supportive and inclusive environment where you can achieve your fitness goals and enjoy the numerous benefits of exercising in water.

To streamline the registration process and ensure a seamless experience for participants, we have implemented an online registration system for forms. This online registration process allows individuals to fill out forms prior to attending the program. This registration is valid for all water aerobics classes and will only need to be registered for once.

However, please note that while registration completes the necessary forms, payment is required at the door on a first-come, first-served basis. Each Aqua Fit class has a maximum capacity of 35 participants, ensuring personalized attention and a comfortable environment for everyone. By limiting class sizes, we can maintain quality instruction and provide individualized assistance to participants as needed.
