The Revved Up Kids Safety Sense workshop for children in elementary school is designed to teach participants in a non-frightening way about who predators are and how they operate, and equip them to respond appropriately if they meet a predator. The workshop teaches participants that predators may not be strangers, teaches participants simple safety and awareness skills to reduce risk, helps participants understand the lies/lures/tricks predators use, and teaches participants how to respond to an attack and get to safety. The workshop includes full force self-defense tactics practice. PARENT/GUARDIAN MUST ACCOMPANY THE PARTICIPANT. NO EXCEPTIONS.
